Post-Natal Support Group: A Mother’s Journey
Motherhood is the most rewarding, yet challenging experiences
for a woman. If you would like the opportunity to sort through some of the
issues while connecting to other new mothers in your community, this support
group is for you!
In the six weeks together, we will cover topics such as lifestyle changes,
nutrition, breastfeeding, emotional challenges, post partum blues/ depression,
natural remedies, relationships and self-care.
Groups will be facilitated by Minni Sehota, psychotherapist and counsellor and
Lisa Weeks, naturopathic doctor. |
